Our board comprises surgeons, gastroenterologists, oncologists, attorneys, financial experts, and community members who volunteer their time to guide the Foundation's mission.

Organizational Notes
- Full board meetings are held once per year with annual officer elections.
- Board membership is voluntary — members receive no compensation.
- A Scientific Committee evaluates the merit of proposed research projects.
- A Finance Committee provides oversight of investments and expenditures.
